October “Fall Special” Promotion – Rules & Regulations

Promotion Overview

• From October 1, 2025 through October 31, 2025, all new inquiries for event floral, rental, and/or décor services will be eligible for a $500 discount.

• To qualify, the inquiry must be made via the company’s contact form, phone call, or email during the promotional window.

• The $500 discount will be applied to the final invoice for orders that meet the minimum requirement of $1,500 total order value (before taxes, fees, and delivery).

Eligibility

• Offer valid only for inquiries made between October 1–31, 2025.

• Applies to all event types (weddings, corporate, nonprofit, social, etc.).

• Open to bookings in all locations; standard travel and delivery costs still apply.

• Limit one promotional discount per booking.

• Clients may use the discount for multiple separate event bookings, provided each event inquiry is submitted during the promotional window.

Exclusions & Limitations

• Does not apply to modifications or add-ons to previously booked events.

• Taxes, service charges, delivery, setup, strike, labor, and travel fees are not included in the order minimum calculation.

• Cannot be combined with other discounts, credits, or promotional offers.

• Not transferable or redeemable for cash.

• Subject to product and date availability.

Booking Requirements

• Inquiry must be submitted within the promotional period; deposit is not required during October.

• A signed contract and standard deposit will be required at a later stage to finalize the booking.

• If the final contracted order falls below $1,500, the discount will be void.

• The $500 discount will appear as a line item on the final invoice.

Cancellations

• If a client cancels their event, the discount is nullified.

• Standard cancellation fees and policies outlined in the company’s contract will still apply, based on the time of cancellation.

General Terms

• The company reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.

• All standard terms and conditions, including cancellation policies and liability limitations, remain in effect.

• In the event of a dispute, the company’s decision will be final.
